Scope

GB/T 36167-2018 is the English-translated version of 选煤实验室分步释放浮选试验方法.

GB/T 36167-2018 sets out the laboratory timed-release flotation test used in coal preparation, which splits coal fines (slime) into several products of different ash content through one rougher stage and repeated cleaner stages.

It applies to bituminous coal and anthracite finer than 0.5 mm, with a 2 kg to 3 kg sample prepared under GB/T 477, GB/T 30049 and GB/T 4757. It lists the equipment and reagents: a 1.5 L flotation cell, micro-syringes, n-dodecane as collector and octanol as frother.

It then fixes the test conditions, such as tap water, a slurry temperature of 20 °C ± 10 °C, an impeller speed of (1800 ± 10) r/min and 2 min of conditioning with the collector. It was issued on 14 May 2018 and has applied since 1 September 2018.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard stipulates that the coal preparation laboratory shall divide the pulverized coal (mud) into several parts with different ash according to its floatability through one rough selection and multiple selections. Test method of points.

This standard applies to bituminous coal and anthracite with a particle size of less than 0.5mm.
