Scope
GB/T 36107-2018 is the English-translated version of 法人和其他组织统一社会信用代码数据交换接口.
GB/T 36107-2018 sets out how data on the unified social credit identifier of legal entities and other organizations are exchanged between the authorities that register them and the organization code management departments.
It covers the data exchange mode, through national and provincial credit information sharing platforms, government information platforms or departmental data interfaces, the data exchange process from the transmission of business data by the registration department to its reception, and the specification of the data exchange interface, which uses XML.
It builds on the coding rules of GB 32100, the basic data elements of GB/T 36104 and on UUID generation under GB/T 17969.8. It applies to national, provincial and military registration departments and code management departments. The standard was issued on 15 March 2018 and has applied since 1 July 2018.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard stipulates the terms and definitions, abbreviations, and the like of the data exchange interface for returning legal information between legal entities and other organizations. Data exchange mode, data exchange process, data exchange interface specification.
This standard applies to national, provincial (district, city) and military registration management departments and organization code management departments to implement a unified social credit Code data exchange.
