Scope

GB/T 36012-2018 is the English-translated version of 锄草机器人性能规范及其试验方法.

GB/T 36012-2018 is the Chinese national standard that sets out how the performance of mechanical weeding robots is described and measured in the field. It covers four performance indicators: the weed removal rate, the crop injury rate, the maximum working width and the maximum working speed.

It defines the terms used for them, such as weed density, injured crops, removed weeds and the two rates, and lays down the test conditions, the units and symbols, the determination of speed and the content of the test report, with an informative example report in Appendix A. It applies to all types of weeding robots.

Makers of agricultural robots and test bodies use it to report comparable results. It was issued on 15 March 2018 and has applied since 1 October 2018.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the following performance indicators and test methods for sage robots.

--- The net rate of weeds;

--- Injury rate;

---Maximum work width;

---Maximum working speed.

This standard applies to all types of grasshopper robots.

3 Terms and definitions

The definitions of JB/T 7873-2015 and NY/T 2082-2011 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Weed density

The number of weeds per unit area.

3.2 Damaged crops

Local damage or breakage of crops caused by mechanical means, and the entire crop being buried or lifted off the surface.

3.3 Removed weeds

Physical breakdown of the roots of the weeds, weeds are buried as a whole, and the roots of the weeds are all lifted off the ground.

3.4 Weed removal rate

Within a certain area, the percentage of weeds that are cut off by mechanical means is the percentage of the total number of weeds in the area.

3.5 Injury rate

Within a certain area, the number of wounded seedlings accounted for by the rake operation accounted for the percentage of the total number of crops in the area.

3.6 Maximum working speed

The maximum forward speed of the grasshopper robot can be stable under the condition that the performance index of the weed deforestation rate and injury rate reach the expected value.
