Scope

GB/T 35972-2018 is the English-translated version of 供暖与空调系统节能调试方法.

GB/T 35972-2018 sets out how the heating and air-conditioning systems of civil buildings are commissioned for energy saving, that is tested, adjusted and balanced so that equipment and systems run efficiently.

It covers the general requirements for commissioning conditions, personnel and instruments, and the commissioning methods for heating systems by quality adjustment, heating automatic controls, variable flow air-conditioning water systems with primary and secondary pumps, VAV air-conditioning, energy recovery, air-conditioning automatic controls, air and water balancing and energy monitoring systems.

It defines terms such as the proportional method and quality adjustment, and ends with the data check and on-site inspection, with an informative outline of the commissioning programme. It was issued on 6 February 2018 and has applied since 1 September 2018.
