This standard was proposed and managed by the China National Institute of Standardization.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the principle, reagents and equipment, sample preparation and preservation, and test of common animal-derived component membrane chip detection methods. Steps, biosafety measures, results determination, results presentation.
This standard applies to 11 kinds of common animal origins of pigs, cattle, sheep, foxes, baboons, baboons, foxes, foxes, yaks, yaks and ducks in meat products and feeds. Rapid qualitative testing of points.
The detection limit of animal-derived components specified in this standard is 0.1% (mass fraction).

3.1.1 Polymerase chain reaction
Under the catalysis of DNA polymerase, using parental DNA as a template and specific primers as extension starting points, through denaturation, annealing, extension, etc. The process of replicating the daughter strand DNA complementary to the parental template DNA in vitro.
3.1.2 Multiplex polymerase chain reaction
Two or more pairs of primers are added to the same PCR reaction system, and a PCR reaction of a plurality of nucleic acid fragments is simultaneously amplified.
