Scope

GB/T 35907-2018 is the English-translated version of 条斑紫菜冷藏网操作技术规范.

GB/T 35907-2018 sets out how nets of Pyropia yezoensis (Porphyra yezoensis) seedlings are prepared for cold storage and kept frozen until they are delivered for cultivation.

It defines the refrigerated seedling net and fixes the requirements for each step: the period, from early October to early November, the seedling density on the rope, taking the nets down in sunny, windy weather and drying the seedlings to a moisture content of 20% to 40%.

It also specifies the composite polyethylene and polypropylene bags used for packaging, the number of net curtains per bag and quick freezing in a dedicated seaweed cold store, followed by storage and delivery.

Laver farmers and cultivation companies use it in the farming of Pyropia yezoensis. It was issued on 6 February 2018 and has applied since 1 September 2018.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms, definitions, requirements, storage, and delivery of Pyropia yezoensis cold storage technology. Zhang hangs.

This standard applies to the cultivation of Porphyra yezoensis.

2 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

2.1 Refrigerated seedling net

Emerged by sea seedlings, into the cold storage deposit seedlings network.

3 Requirements

3.1 Time

Should choose early October to early November.

3.2 The amount of seedlings

Uniform emergence of the screen, the seedlings of the cable reached 300/cm~500/cm.

3.3 Solution Network

Should choose Daxie, sunny windy weather. Undo net curtains remain clean.

3.4 Drying

After the net curtain landing ashore as soon as possible, drying to the seedlings algae moisture content of 20% to 40%, algae surface salt cream is appropriate, dry uniform.

3.5 Packaging

3.5.1 Materials

A composite bag made of polyethylene film with a thickness of 0.05mm~0.1mm and a polypropylene woven cloth, with a size of 100cm× 70cm.

3.5.2 Bagging

It is advisable to store 8 to 12 mesh curtains per bag.

4 Storage

4.1 Cold storage

Should use a special cold storage seaweed, net curtain bagging immediately after the bag should be frozen quickly, within 24h net bag center temperature dropped below -20 °C.
