1 Scope
This standard stipulates the basic requirements, service items and quality requirements, management requirements, service evaluation and improvement of elderly care services.
This standard applies to the service quality management of pension institutions.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Life care service
Assist or take care of elderly people's daily activities such as diet, daily living, cleanliness, and hygiene.
3.2 Medical Nursing Service
Provide elderly people with activities for disease prevention, health care, rehabilitation, and care.
3.3 Tranquility service
Provide special service support and psychological comfort activities for dying seniors and related third parties, and assist with relevant third party requests
Manage related events.
3.4 Related Third Parties
Individuals or organizations providing relatives, village (neighborhood) committees, and senior citizens who provide financial guarantees, custody, or agency responsibilities for the elderly

4 basic requirements
4.1
The pension institution should hold a permit for the pension institution.
4.2
The pension institutions that provide catering services should hold food business licenses.
4.3
The internal medical institutions of the old-age care institutions shall hold medical institutions' practicing licenses.
4.4
The pension institutions that provide other services that should be legally licensed shall hold the corresponding licenses.
