3 test equipment
The test equipment is a SZBL type friction tester with static engagement device. Its performance and accuracy should be consistent with the provisions of GB/T 35472.2.
Its inertia configuration should be consistent with the provisions of Table 1.
4 typical test conditions and parameters
4.1
friction plate area of 56.99cm2 (see Appendix A).

Piston area of 15110mm2.
4.3
piston effective stroke of 4.57mm.

Piston pressure shall comply with the requirements of each test phase in Table 1, the allowable error range of force is ± 0.5%.

Piston pressure should be within.200ms to reach the set value and maintain stability. The maximum overshoot for the maximum pressure can not exceed the set pressure
2% of force.

Piston should provide back pressure of 30kPa ~ 100kPa pressure, and after the completion of pressure relief to remove the load pressure.

The energy value should meet the requirements of Table 1, the allowable deviation range is ± 5%. The inertia should be constant throughout the test (see Table 1).

Test oil should meet the following requirements.
a) the total oil is greater than or equal to 5L, the test should be replaced before the start of a new test oil;
