4 Requirements
4.1 Instructions for Use Product instructions should comply with GB/T 5296.4; products for children aged 3 to 14 years should also comply with GB 31701. Requirements.
4.2 Size Specifications
4.2.1 The size setting shall be selected in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1335 (all parts).
4.2.2 The specifications of the main parts shall be designed by the user in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T 1335 (all parts).
4.3 Raw and auxiliary materials The outer and lining materials should meet the relevant requirements of this document. The lining and accessories used should be suitable for the outer fabric; buttons, decorative buckles, zippers, and other... Accessories should have a smooth surface, free of burrs, defects, and sharp points or edges. Zippers should engage well and slide smoothly.
4.4 Warp and Weft Yarn Direction The yarn skewness should not exceed 2.0%.
4.5.1 Fabrics with obvious stripes or checks, and with a width of
1.0 cm or more, shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.
4.5.2 Fabrics with nap or checkered patterns should maintain a consistent direction throughout. Exceptions apply to special designs.
4.6 Color difference The color difference between the crotch seam, waistband, and body should be no less than grade 4, while other surface parts should be higher than grade
4.The color difference between different strips in the same batch should be no less than grade 3-4.
4.7 Appearance defects The permissible degree of defects in each part of the finished product is specified in Table
2.The division of each part of the finished product is shown in Figure
1.Only one permissible defect is allowed in each part. Defects within the specified degree. Defects not listed in this document shall be classified according to their morphology in accordance with the provisions for similar defects in Table 2.
4.8 Sewing
4.8.1 The needle spacing density shall be as specified in Table 3, unless otherwise specified in the special design.
4.8.2 All parts should be sewn smoothly, with straight, neat, and secure stitches, even stitches, and no broken or skipped stitches. The tension of the top and bottom threads should be appropriate, and the bottom thread should not extend beyond the sides. There should be backstitches at the beginning and end of the stitches and at the bag opening.
4.8.3 Topstitching and chain stitches should not have skipped stitches, and topstitching should not have any joining points. Other stitches should not have consecutive skipped stitches within 30cm. The single-stitch needles above the point should not come loose.
4.8.4 The padding material of the bag lining should be folded cleanly or overlocked. The ends of the bag opening should be securely and neatly sealed; there should be no bulging at the edges of the pocket; the lower part of the side seam of the bag opening... The seal is secure.
4.8.5 The pockets are symmetrical (except for special designs), the opening and closing of the pockets are square and secure, and the pocket flaps are flat and do not sag.
4.8.6 The front and back crotch seams shall be sewn with chain stitch or double stitch. The front and back crotch seams and side seams shall use sewing thread whose stretchability matches the fabric's seam direction. A sewing method where the thread can stretch synchronously with the fabric.
4.8.7 The seam allowance width of each part should not be less than 0.8cm (except for pockets and placket edges).
4.8.8 The keyhole is smooth, accurately positioned, and its size matches the button. The button and keyhole are aligned, neat, and secure. The height of the button leg is appropriate for the thickness of the keyhole. The knots should not be exposed (except for special designs).
4.8.9 The snap fasteners are securely riveted, with appropriate tightness at the riveting points, and are free of burrs and deformation.
4.8.10 The outer and inner lining of the waistband should be smooth and the tightness should be appropriate; the lining of the waistband should not bulge out; the waistband should be rounded and smooth.
4.8.11 Narrow bandwidth and uniform length (except for special designs).
4.8.12 Provincial Highway, pleats of uniform length and symmetrical left and right.
4.8.13 The overlap at the zipper stop of the placket should be no less than 0.3cm and no more than 0.5cm (for designs with overlap, it can be greater than 0.5cm). Ages
14 Boys of this age and below should have an inner patch (lapel) at the zipper of their placket.
4.11 Ironing
4.11.1 All parts should be ironed flat, clean, and free from yellowing, water stains, and shine. Side seams should be straight and not crooked.
4.11.2 The areas where the fusible interlining is used should be free from delamination, glue seepage, wrinkling, and bubbling. There should be no glue residue on the surface of any area.
4.12 Physical and chemical properties The physical and chemical properties of the finished product shall conform to the specifications in Table
6.Furthermore, the safety performance of clothing worn by children aged 3 to 14 years shall also meet the following requirements. The provisions of GB/T 31701.
5.1 Inspection Tools
5.1.1 Steel tape measure or ruler with a graduation value of 1mm.
5.1.2 The gray scale used for assessing color change shall conform to the requirements of GB/T 250.
5.2 Specification Measurement The measurement methods for the main parts' dimensions and the dimensions of symmetrical parts shall be tested according to the methods described in GB/T 31907.
5.3 Appearance Measurement
5.3.1 Visual inspection is generally carried out using lighting with an illuminance of not less than 600 lx. If conditions permit, ambient light can also be used.
5.3.2 The degree of warp and weft yarn skew shall be determined in accordance with GB/T 14801 and the result shall be calculated according to formula (1).
5.3.3 When assessing the degree of color difference, the yarn direction of the area being assessed should be consistent, the incident light should be at approximately a 45° angle to the fabric surface, and the observation direction should be perpendicular to the fabric. The surface was visually inspected at a distance of 60cm, and compared with the GB/T 250 sample card.
5.3.4 When determining the appearance defects, visual inspection should be performed at a distance of 60cm. If necessary, a steel tape measure or ruler should be used for measurement.
5.3.5 Stitch density shall be measured at any 3.0cm point on the finished sewing stitch (excluding areas where thickness changes).
5.3.6 The method for measuring the twist rate of the finished product is shown in Figure
2.The twist rate is calculated according to formula (2). The result is rounded according to GB/T 8170 and retained to one decimal place.
5.3.7 The sharpness of the tips and edges of the accessories shall be tested according to the method described in GB/T 31702.
5.4 Physical and chemical property determination
5.4.1 The safety performance of children's clothing shall be tested according to the method described in GB 31701.
5.4.2 The dimensional change rate after washing shall be tested according to the method described in GB/T 8630 and shall comply with GB/T 8629-2017, Type A standard washing machine. Machine, standard detergent 3, washing program 4N (for finished products with fabrics containing >=50% wool and/or silk, use program 4G), for products explicitly labeled for hand washing, use washing machine. Procedure 4H, drying method follows Procedure A. During batch product inspection, three finished products are randomly selected for testing, washed once, and the results are taken from all three samples. The average value is used for judgment. If both shrinkage and elongation test results exist, the average value of the two shrinkage (or elongation) samples is used as the mean. Experimental results.
5.4.3 Tensile elasticity shall be tested according to the method described in
8.3.4 of FZ/T 01034-2008, with a spacing of 100 mm, a constant force of 25 N, and cyclic elasticity. The ring is run 5 times with a pre-tension of 0.2N.
5.4.4 The torsion rate after washing shall be tested according to the method described in 5.3.6.
5.4.5 Appearance Test Method After Washing. After the sample is washed and dried as specified in 5.4.2, it is tested under the appearance test conditions specified in 5.3, combined with... Table 6 requires that the evaluation be conducted according to the evaluation method in GB/T 21294.Specifically, the method for evaluating color change after washing is to select one item before washing and compare it with the item to be washed. For samples with a color difference greater than 4-5, retain the original sample and compare the degree of color change with the retained sample after washing; if the color difference between the samples is less than or equal to 4-5, the sample with a color difference greater than 4-5 should be retained. For level 5, samples should be taken directly from the parts of the garment that do not affect the garment structure and retained as samples.
5.4.6 For test items where the sampling location is not mentioned, samples may be selected from the finished product as needed for testing.
5.4.7 Other physical and chemical properties shall be tested according to the methods described in GB/T 21294.Among these, resistance to soap washing, resistance to perspiration, and color fastness to water shall be subject to arbitration. The experiment selected single-fiber liner.
6.1 Inspection Classification
6.1.1 Finished product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. The timing of type inspection depends on the actual situation of the manufacturer or the contract agreement, generally... This is carried out when there is a change in production, a resumption of production after a shutdown, or a significant change in raw materials or processes.
6.1.2 The factory inspection items shall be as specified in Chapter 4, except for 4.12.The factory inspection rules for finished products shall be as specified in FZ/T 80004.
6.1.3 Type testing requirements shall be as specified in Chapter 4.
6.2 Appearance Quality Grades and Defect Classification Rules
6.2.1 Classification of Appearance Quality Grades Finished product quality grading is based on the presence and severity of defects. Individual products in a sample are graded according to the number and severity of defects. The severity of the product is classified into grades, and the batch grade is determined by the quantity of individual products in the sample.
6.2.2 Classification of Appearance Defects A single product failing to meet the requirements specified in this document constitutes a defect. This is determined based on the product's non-compliance with document requirements and its performance and appearance. The degree of impact is categorized into three types of defects.
a) Critical Defect. A defect that severely reduces the performance of the product or significantly affects its appearance;
b) Major defects. Defects that do not significantly reduce the product's performance or appearance, but are seriously non-compliant with document requirements. defect;
c) Minor defects. Defects that do not meet document requirements but have a minor impact on the product's performance and appearance.
6.2.3 Criteria for Judging Appearance Quality Defects The criteria for judging appearance quality defects are as specified in Table 7.
6.3 Sampling Rules
6.3.1 The sampling quantity for appearance quality inspection shall be randomly selected from each batch, and the sampling quantity shall comply with the provisions of Table 8.
6.3.2 The number of samples used for physicochemical performance testing shall be randomly selected in batches according to the needs of the test.
6.4 Judgment Rules
6.4.1 Appearance Judgment of a Single Sample Superior grade. Number of serious defects = 0, number of major defects = 0, number of minor defects <= 4. First-class product. Number of serious defects = 0, Number of major defects = 0, Number of minor defects <= 6, or Number of critical defects = 0; Number of major defects <= 1; Number of minor defects <= 3. Qualified products. Number of serious defects = 0, Number of major defects = 0, Number of minor defects <= 8, or Number of critical defects = 0; Number of major defects <= 1; Number of minor defects <= 6.
6.4.2 Batch Grade Determination Superior grade batch. In the appearance inspection sample, the number of superior grade products >= 90%, the number of first grade and qualified products <= 10%, and no unqualified products. (All items...) All physical and chemical performance tests met the requirements for superior grade products. First-class batch. The number of first-class or higher products in the appearance inspection sample is >=90%, the number of qualified products is <=10%, and there are no unqualified products. All physical and chemical performance tests met the requirements for first-class products. Qualified batch. The number of qualified or better products in the appearance inspection sample is >=90%, the number of unqualified products is <=10%, and there are no seriously defective products. The product was found to be substandard. All physical and chemical performance tests met the requirements for qualified products. When the appearance and sewing quality are inconsistent with the physical and chemical properties, the lower grade shall be used.
6.4.3 Qualification Criteria If the batch size meets the corresponding grade requirements in
6.4.2 during the sampling inspection, the batch is deemed qualified. Otherwise, the batch is deemed unqualified.
6.4.4 Re-inspection Regulations If the batch acceptance numbers do not meet the requirements of this document during sampling inspection, or if the receiving and accepting parties have objections to the inspection results, a second sampling inspection may be conducted. The number of tests should be doubled, and the results of the retests should be the final judgment.
7.Marking, Packaging, Transport and Storage Marking, packaging, transportation and storage shall comply with FZ/T 80002.
