1 Scope

This standard gives the guidelines for the evaluation of emergency guidance systems in buildings, evaluation procedures and application of evaluation results.

This standard applies to the emergency guidance system of construction units, management units and third-party agencies for emergency guidance systems in the building

3 Terms and definitions

GB/T 15565 (all parts), GB/T 19038 and GB/T 23809 defined terms and definitions apply to this document.

4 evaluation principles

Emergency guidance system to carry out the evaluation should follow the following principles.

a) Objectivity principle. The evaluation of emergency guidance system needs to objectively reflect the actual level of emergency guidance system design, setup and operation management,

Ensure adequate and appropriate evidence support for evaluation results and evaluation conclusions, provide guidance for emergency response system construction and management decision making

Scientific basis b) Targeted principles. Select the evaluation method, the establishment of index system need to consider the type of site, population density, emergency guidance system knot
