1 Scope

This standard specifies the test method for the determination of the original filter efficiency of the fuel filter by a single pass of the specified particle size particles, test requirements,

3 test materials and devices

3.1 test solution

Using test oil in accordance with SAEJ1696 regulations, the test temperature is (40 ± 5) °C.

3.2 Test impurities

Using particle size distribution and chemical composition in line with the provisions of GB/T 28957.1-2012 fine A2 ash.

3.3 Test System

Filter performance test system should include "filter test system" and "gray system", as shown in Figure 1.
