6 Inspection Rules
6.1 Inspection Requirements Hydrogen injectors must pass inspection before leaving the factory and be accompanied by documents proving that the product quality is up to standard.
6.2 Inspection Items The testing items are as shown in Table 3.
6.3 Factory Inspection
6.3.1 The factory inspection items for hydrogen injectors shall be carried out according to items 1 and 2 in Table 3.
6.3.2 The sampling plan and qualified quality level value for the hydrogen injector factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 2828.1.
6.4 Type Testing
6.4.1 The manufacturer shall conduct type testing under any of the following circumstances.
a) The product's place of manufacture has changed;
b) If, after formal production begins, significant changes in structure, materials, or processes affect product performance;
c) When a product has been out of production for more than one year and production resumes;
d) When the factory inspection results differ significantly from the previous type inspection results.
6.4.2 Type test items shall be carried out according to Table 3.
6.4.3 The sampling rules for type testing and the judgment of whether a product is qualified or not shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 2829.
6.4.4 Samples that have undergone type testing shall not be delivered as qualified products.
7 Marking, Packaging, Transport and Storage
7.1 Marking Each hydrogen injector should be clearly marked with at least the following information, and the markings should be legible and resistant to wear.
---Manufacturer's name (logo) or trademark;
---Product model or code;
---Other content is marked according to the user agreement.
7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 Various protective measures (protective covers, caps, etc.) should be taken for the product to prevent contamination of the inner cavity;
7.2.2 When packaging products, appropriate transportation protection conditions should be considered to fully ensure that the products are not damaged or exposed to moisture.
7.2.3 The storage and transportation marks printed on the outer packaging of the product shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 191.
7.2.4 The label on the product packaging should at least include "Product Name", "Product Model or Code", "Manufacturer's Name (Identification) or Trademark", and "Quantity Information". "Information" and "packing date".
7.3 Transportation Products should be protected from moisture, dropping, rolling and crushing during various transportation processes, and should be handled in a civilized manner.
7.4 Storage
7.4.1 The product should not be stored in the open air to prevent the corrosion and impact of harmful gases and fumes; it should not be stored with chemicals, acids, or alkalis.
7.4.2 The storage area should be dry, well-ventilated, and equipped with fire-fighting facilities.
7.4.3 Storage and safekeeping shall ensure the quality and safety of the products and facilitate inventory, handling and delivery.
7.4.4 During handling, stacking, and shipping, the items should be handled steadily and gently. They should not be thrown, rolled, impacted, or inverted.
7.4.5 The first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle should be followed.
