1 Scope
This standard specifies the capability management and operation requirements of the operating system of the object identifier analysis system (referred to as "operating agency").
This standard is applicable to guide the requirements of the next-level operating agencies of the National OID Registration Center (“OID Registration Center”).

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 National OID Registration Center ChinanationalOIDregistrationcenter
Responsible for the registration and analysis of China OID branch 1.2.156 (ISO .member.china) and 2.16.156 (ISO -ITU.member.china).
Management and international filing agencies.
Note. See Appendix A for the contact information of the OID registry.
3.2 Object identifier
Used to unambiguously identify the globally unique value of the object, also known as the object identifier.

3.3 OID resolution system
A system that implements the OID resolution process specified in GB/T 35299-2017.
