Scope
GB/T 35067-2018 is the English-translated version of 石油天然气工业用耐腐蚀合金复合弯管.
GB/T 35067-2018 sets the requirements for corrosion-resistant alloy bimetal bends used in oil and gas pipeline transportation systems, in nominal diameters from DN150 to DN800 and with a bending radius of at least 5D.
It covers design, dimensions and tolerances such as wall thickness, inner diameter, wall thinning, ovality, bend angle and end-face squareness, the base material, inner cladding and mother pipe, and manufacturing by welding, heat treatment and cold sizing, with a manufacturing procedure qualification in Annex A. Technical requirements and tests include chemical composition, tensile properties, Charpy impact toughness, guided bend, Vickers hardness, cladding shear bond strength, intergranular and base-metal corrosion, and hydrostatic testing, followed by non-destructive testing, surface defects, marking, transport and documentation. It was issued on 14 May 2018 and has applied since 1 December 2018.

Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard stipulates that the oil and gas industry pipeline transportation system uses the nominal diameter DN150~DN800 and the bending radius R>=5D to resist corrosion. Design, geometry, materials, manufacturing processes, technical requirements and inspection methods, NDT, surface quality and defect repair of etched alloy composite elbows, Basic requirements for signs, transportation and protection.
This standard applies to the transportation pipelines in the oil and gas industry and the process pipelines to transport oil and natural gas containing corrosive media. Corrosion-resistant alloy composite elbows for single-phase or multi-phase fluids such as water, and other fields can also be used.
