GB/T 35054-2018 is the English-translated version of 选煤用重介质旋流器工艺性能试验方法及判定规则.
GB/T 35054-2018 sets out how to test the process performance of the heavy medium cyclones used in coal preparation plants and how to judge the results.
It lists the evaluation indexes, namely processing capacity, probable error, quantity efficiency, ash error, total misplaced material and the lower limit of separation, and defines the misplacement indexes: coal lost to refuse, clean coal and refuse in middlings, and refuse in clean coal, each expressed as a mass percentage around a density of 1.80 kg/L, or 2.0 kg/L for anthracite.

1 Scope
This standard stipulates the process performance evaluation index, test method, index determination and determination rules of heavy medium cyclone for coal preparation.
This standard applies to raw coal heavy medium cyclones and slime heavy medium cyclones.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 7186 apply to this document.
3.1 Meteorite coal volume
The mass percentage of the material of the vermiculite product is less than or equal to 1.80kg/L (the density of anthracite vermiculite is less than or equal to 2.0kg/L) Than, expressed in %.
3.2 Medium coal belt clean coal volume
The medium coal product has a medium density less than or equal to the mass percentage of the sorting density material, expressed in %.
3.3 Medium coal belt meteorite quantity
The mass percentage of materials in medium coal products with a density greater than 1.80 kg/L (the density of coal in anthracite is greater than 2.0 kg/L) is expressed in %.
3.4 Clean coal with meteorite amount
The mass percentage of the material in the fine coal product with a density greater than 1.80 kg/L (the density of anthracite coal is greater than 2.0 kg/L) is expressed in %.
