Scope
GB/T 35033-2018 is the English-translated version of 30MHz~1GHz电磁屏蔽材料导电性能和金属材料搭接阻抗测量方法.
GB/T 35033-2018 sets out how to measure, between 30 MHz and 1 GHz, the conductive properties of electromagnetic shielding materials and the bonding impedance of metal materials.
The shielding materials include conductive foam, spring reeds, wire mesh, conductive cloth and conductive rubber.
The conductivity of a material placed between two conductive surfaces is expressed through its impedance Z, and the standard explains impedance and two-port S parameters before fixing the measurement environment and sample requirements, the test system with its measuring equipment and fixture, calibration and validity checks of the system, the measurement methods and the report.
Annexes give the formula for the bonding impedance Zt, a verification procedure for the fixture and measurement examples. It was issued on 14 May 2018 and has applied since 1 December 2018.

Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the electromagnetic shielding material conductive properties and metal material lap impedance measurement requirements, test system requirements, test system calibration The quasi-sum validity check and measurement method.
The electromagnetic shielding material may include, but is not limited to, conductive foam, reed, wire mesh, conductive cloth, conductive rubber (the shielding body itself Outside) and so on.
This standard is applicable to the electromagnetic properties of electromagnetic shielding materials and the bonding resistance of metal materials in the frequency range of 30MHz~1GHz. measuring.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 26667-2011 apply to this document. For ease of use, the following is repeated Some terms and definitions in GB/T 26667-2011.
3.1 Electromagnetic shielding
Use conductive or magnetically permeable materials to reduce or block the propagation of electromagnetic fields to specified areas. [GB/T 26667-2011, definition 2.1.6]
3.2 Electromagnetic shielding material
A material that reduces or blocks the propagation of electromagnetic fields to a given area.
3.3 Electromagnetic shielding material conductive properties
The ability of the electromagnetic shielding material to conduct electricity.
Note 1. The electromagnetic shielding material can be used to fill between two conductive surfaces to ensure the electrical continuity of the shielding body, and its electrical conductivity can be shielded by electromagnetic shielding. The measurement of material impedance is achieved.
Note 2. When the electromagnetic shielding material is used for the filling material to be placed between the two conductive surfaces, as shown in Fig. 1, the impedance of the electromagnetic shielding material in the figure is the upper metal surface. The impedance Z1 between the surface and the electromagnetic shielding material, the inherent impedance Z2 of the electromagnetic shielding material, and the impedance Z3 between the lower metal surface and the electromagnetic shielding material The sum of the vectors. When the characteristics of the contact surface of the upper and lower metal and the electromagnetic shielding material (for example, material, surface flatness, surface plating, etc.) are fixed, Z to express the electrical conductivity of the electromagnetic shielding material. The conductivity of the material is related to the amount of compression (see 3.4).
Note 3. The electromagnetic shielding material conductivity is expressed by the impedance Z.
