Scope
GB/T 35028-2018 is the English-translated version of 荞麦粉.
GB/T 35028-2018 is the Chinese product standard for buckwheat flour, the powdered product obtained by cleaning, hulling, grinding and sieving buckwheat.
It divides the flour into sweet buckwheat flour and tartary buckwheat flour according to the raw material, and defines total flavonoid content as the total of the naturally occurring flavonoids in a sample.
It also covers technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, labelling, packaging, transport and storage.
The methods it relies on include the GB/T determinations of moisture, fineness, sand content, magnetic metals and fatty acid value, the identification of colour, smell and taste, and NY/T 1295 for total flavonoids, while labels follow GB 7718 and GB 28050.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of buckwheat flour, product classification, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, label marks, packaging, transportation Loss and storage.
This standard applies to buckwheat flour made from buckwheat as raw material.
