Scope
GB/T 35024-2018 is the English-translated version of 常见畜禽动物成分检测方法 液相芯片法.
GB/T 35024-2018 is a suspended bead array, or liquid phase chip, method for identifying the animal species present in livestock and poultry products.
It applies to meat and meat products, milk, skin, offal, animal feed and similar products, and detects mammal and ruminant components together with 13 species that are common as meat or as adulterants: camel, horse, donkey, yak, buffalo, dog, pig, red deer, sheep, chicken, duck, rat and mouse.
The standard states a minimum detection limit for each target, ranging from 0.1% to 5% by mass. It defines the liquid phase chip technique, the chip probes, the quality control probe and median fluorescence intensity.
It is meant for food and feed inspection laboratories. It was issued on 14 May 2018 and has applied since 1 December 2018.

Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the liquid phase chip detection method for common animal species components in livestock and poultry products.
This standard applies to mammals and ruminant components in meat and processed products, milk, skin, viscera, animal feed and other livestock and poultry products, and 13 Animal species composition of common meat or adulterants (camel, horse, donkey, yak, buffalo, dog, pig, red deer, sheep, chicken, duck, rat, mouse) Sex detection. The minimum detection limit of the method is (mass percentage). buffalo 5%, breastfeeding, ruminant, dog, sheep, chicken, rat, mouse, 1%, camel, The minimum detection limit for yak, red deer, pig, horse, donkey and duck is 0.1%.

3 Terms and definitions, abbreviations
3.1 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1.1 Liquid phase chip technology
The probe-coupled microspheres are bound to the target gene sequence in the sample by liquid phase hybridization, and various types in the sample are processed by flow cytometry. Target components are tested simultaneously.
3.1.2 Liquid phase chip probe
A nucleic acid or protein molecule immobilized on the surface of the microsphere and capable of affinity-detecting the target component with a target component.
3.1.3 Quality control probe
A probe used to monitor whether the chip reaction is normal.
Note: This standard uses a synthetic oligonucleotide probe (polyT20polyA20, 5' amino label).
3.1.4 Median fluorescence intensity
The fluorescence signal value of the sample detected by the liquid crystal chip detector, that is, the software automatically reads the number of microspheres combined with the sample, and performs background values. The value obtained after calibration.
