GB/T 35010 "Semiconductor Chip Products" is divided into the following sections.

This part is the sixth part of GB/T 35010.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

5 Thermal simulation information requirements

5.1 Requirements for bare chips with or without interconnect structure

5.1.1 Overview
