This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This section uses the redrafted law Amendment uses ISO 25239-3:2011 "Friction stir welding aluminum Part 3. Welding operator Skills Assessment "(in English).
This part of ISO 25239-3:2011 technical differences and the reasons are as follows.
--- On the normative references, this section made a technical difference with the adjustment to adapt to China's technical conditions, adjust the situation Concentration reflected in the second chapter "Normative references", the specific adjustments are as follows.
- The international standard quoted in ISO 25239-3:2011 should be replaced by the corresponding standard in our country.
- increase the reference GB/T 3323, GB/T 3375;
- ISO 17636 has been deleted.
This section also made the following editorial changes.

--- Removed the international standard reference.

3 Terms and definitions

4 Requirements
4.1 Welding operator skills assessment
The welding operator shall assess the skill by one of the following methods.
--- Welding operator skills assessment standard welding test, see 4.3.1;
--- Welding procedure qualification test, see 4.3.2;
--- Pre-production welding test or production welding test, see 4.3.3;
--- Product sampling welding test, see 4.3.4.
In addition, the operator should also be able to skillfully use the welding test equipment, see Appendix A.
Each of the above skill assessment test methods may be accompanied by an additional welding expertise test which is recommended rather than Mandatory, exam content can refer to Appendix B.
