4 heat balance test and calculation basis
4.1 Baseline temperature and pressure
The reference temperature is the ambient temperature at 1m from the plant where the sintering machine system is located. Pressure is based on one atmosphere.
4.2 fuel heat
Use received base low (bit) heat.
4.3 test range
Test range for the sintering machine (not including the ring cooler), sintering flue gas test until the end of waste heat utilization.
4.4 test time and frequency
In the same variety of materials and specifications, the case of stable system conditions for continuous testing; thermal balance test should be continuous operation of the sintering machine system
8h to complete, the number of tests per day can not be less than 2 times, continuous testing for 3 days.
4.5 Calculation Unit
Material balance and thermal balance of the unit of calculation are unit weight of finished ore ore required amount of material kg/t and the required heat kJ/t.
