Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard uses the redrafted law to amend the use of IEC 61316:1999 "industrial cable reel." this standard IEC 61316:1999 technical differences and the reasons are as follows.

--- On normative references, this standard made a technical difference with the adjustment to adapt to China's technical conditions, adjust the situation Concentration reflected in the second chapter "Normative references", the specific adjustments are as follows.

- Replaced IEC 60050-195:1998 with GB/T 2900.73-2008 modified to adopt international standards;

- Equivalent to the use of international standards GB/T 4208 instead of IEC 60529:1989;

- Equivalent to the use of international standards GB/T 5013.4 instead of IEC 60245-4:1994;

- Replaced IEC 60309-1:1999 with GB/T 11918.1-2014 modified to adopt international standards;

- Replaced IEC 60309-2:1999 with GB/T 11918.2 modified to adopt international standards;

- IEC 60245 (all sections) removed by reference.

This standard also made the following editorial changes.

--- According to the relevant provisions of GB/T 1.1, in Chapter 1 "Scope" in paragraph 1 added "This standard specifies the industrial cable reel Structure, mechanical properties, electrical performance and other technical requirements ";

--- According to the relevant provisions of GB/T 1.1, 10.8.1, 10.8.2 changed to listed items;

--- Remove some of the IEC 61316:1999 applicable to other countries and regions of the Notes, such as 14.9 Note;

--- In accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T 1.1, the 14.9 line item dash instead of letters;

--- According to GB/T 1.1 on the various articles should be unified with the provisions of the deletion of the title 10.2,10.3,10.4, an increase of 23.1, 23.2, 23.3, 23.4, 23.5

1 Scope

This standard specifies the industrial cable reel structure, mechanical properties, electrical performance and other technical requirements.

This standard applies to industrial, outdoor and indoor use, the rated voltage does not exceed 690Vd.c. Or ac and 500Hza.c., Cable reel with one non-removable flexible cable up to 63A. Electrical accessories used in the cable reel should be with GB/T 11918.1 or GB/T 11918.2 requirements.

This standard applies to.

--- Equipped with a plug or appliance input socket and at least one output socket in accordance with GB/T 11918.1 or GB/T 11918.2 Mobile cable reel;

--- At least equipped with an output socket in line with GB/T 11918.1 or GB/T 11918.2 fixed cable reel;

--- Use the ambient temperature is usually between -25 °C ~ 40 °C.

Industrial cable reels can be used in construction sites, agricultural production, commercial and home.

This standard applies to both low voltage devices used in the cable reel.

In special circumstances, such as cabins, vehicles and similar occasions, or prone to explosion in the area, there may be additional requirements.

Note. Additional specifications for cable reels in excess of 63A are currently under consideration.
