Scope
GB/T 33992-2017 is the English-translated version of 电子商务产品质量信息规范.
GB/T 33992-2017 is the Chinese national standard that fixes how the quality information of a product sold on line is described.
It sets the description attributes, the description method and the information model, then the summary descriptions for four groups of data: the basic information about the product, the quality control information of the company, the inspection and test information and the social evaluation information; it also gives the method for extending the information.
It applies to the description, display, exchange and management of the product quality information of electronic commerce entities, and it defines electronic commerce, attribute and information element.
Among the documents it cites are the country and region name codes, GB/T 7408, GB 32100 and the UML documents ISO/IEC 19501 and ISO 24156-1. It was issued on 12 July 2017 and has applied since 1 February 2018.

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the attributes, methods, models, abstract descriptions, and extension methods of e-commerce entity product quality information.
This standard applies to the description, display, exchange and management of product quality information of e-commerce entities.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Ecommerce electroniccommerce
Business activities in electronic form.
