Scope

GB/T 33987-2017 is the English-translated version of S/X/Ka三频低轨遥感卫星地面接收系统技术要求.

GB/T 33987-2017 is the Chinese national technical specification for the S/X/Ka tri-band ground receiving system of low-Earth-orbit remote sensing satellites.

It specifies the functions and the technical indices of the system and applies to the construction, development and performance assessment of S/X/Ka tri-band ground receiving systems for low-orbit remote sensing satellites; ground receiving systems for other low-orbit satellites that take high bit rate data, such as X or Ka single-band and S/X or S/Ka dual-band systems, may use it for reference.

It covers the system components, the system functions and specifications, and the subsystems and their functional requirements: antenna feed, antenna mount, servo, tracking and receiving, data recording and quick look, test, station monitoring and management and technical support, together with other requirements.

It defines the gain to noise temperature ratio, the ratio of the gain of the receiving system to its equivalent noise temperature at the same reference point, the bit error rate, the tracking accuracy, the deviation between the real and the ideal pointing of the antenna beam axis in automatic tracking, and the pointing accuracy, the deviation between the real pointing and the commanded direction.

It cites GB 50343, CCSDS 131.0-B-2 and ETSI EN 302307-1 V1.4.1 (DVB-S2). It carries ICS 33.200 and Chinese classification V55, was issued on 12 July 2017 and has applied since 1 February 2018.

Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

Introduction

With the development of ground observation technology and remote sensing application requirements, the number of orbiting satellites is increasing, the resolution of satellite payload (package Including temporal resolution, spatial resolution, radiation resolution, spectral resolution, etc.), the amount of raw data acquired at the same time Doubling, resulting in satellite links need to transmit the information rate is getting higher and higher. In order to alleviate the continuous growth of remote sensing observation and data transmission capacity Force is difficult to significantly enhance the contradiction, broadband high-speed transmission has become the inevitable trend of the development of satellite data transmission.

In order to solve the contradiction between remote sensing information and data transmission capacity, double circular polarization frequency reuse, Ka frequency data transmission, high order modulation and demodulation And efficient coding and decoding, variable code modulation (VCM) data transmission system has become the development of satellite data transmission to the development trend, the corresponding The terrestrial data receiving system also proposed a higher, updated technical requirements. S/X/Ka three-band terrestrial receiving system for low-range remote sensing Satellite downlink data receiving, recording, will become the remote sensing satellite data ground receiving system development trend. Due to the lack of appropriate standards and regulations Fan, making S/X/Ka tri-band low-frequency remote sensing satellite data ground receiving system design and construction of the lack of technical indicators and performance evaluation The basis of price. Research and development of S/X/Ka tri-band low-frequency remote sensing satellite ground receiving system technical requirements for the development of engineering systems, Test acceptance to provide technical indicators to develop and performance evaluation basis, reduce the technical risks of construction, has become a ground receiving system construction in a Key and critical technical requirements.

This standard is based on the development of satellite observation at home and abroad and the technical requirements of the ground receiving system, combined with the current domestic and foreign Technical level and development capability of S/X/Ka tri-band low-frequency remote sensing satellite ground receiving system function and technical specifications and so on.

For other low-orbit satellite ground receiving systems that receive high-rate satellite data, such as X, Ka single-band and S/X, S/Ka dual band Face receiving system can refer to the use.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the function and technical specifications of S/X/Ka tri-band low-track remote sensing satellite ground receiving system.

This standard is applicable to the development and performance of S/X/Ka tri-band terrestrial receiving system for the construction of low-orbit remote sensing satellites.
