GB/T 33886-2017 is the English-translated version of 无损检测仪器工业电子内窥镜检测仪.

GB/T 33886-2017 is the Chinese national specification for the industrial electronic endoscopic detector, the non-destructive testing instrument whose imaging device turns the image formed by the objective system into an electrical signal shown on a screen, so that the surface of an object can be examined.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the naming, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules for industrial electronic endoscopy (hereinafter referred to as electronic endoscope) Then, logo, instruction manual, packaging, shipping and storage.

3 Terms and definitions

GB/T 12085.1 Definitions and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Imaging device

A photoelectric sensor that converts an image optical signal into an electrical signal. At present, it is divided into CCD and CMOS.

3.2 Charge coupling device

An electronic device that utilizes charge coupled techniques to convert optical signals into electrical signals.

3.3 Complementary metal oxide semiconductor

A semiconductor technology that integrates pairs of metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs) on a silicon wafer.

3.4 Industrial electronic endoscopy detector

The imaging device converts the image information generated by the objective system into an electrical signal and displays it through the screen. Thus, for the industrial field to be seized An instrument that detects the surface of an object.

3.5 Resolution

The system terminal image has the ability to analyze the details of the target.

3.6 Depth of field
