Scope

GB/T 33885-2017 is the English-translated version of 无损检测仪器抽样、出厂检验、型式检验基本要求.

GB/T 33885-2017 fixes the basic requirements for three kinds of inspection of non-destructive testing instruments: sampling inspection, routine inspection before it leaves the factory, and type inspection.

It applies to such instruments, complete sets, functional equipment and accessories.

For sampling it settles the test conditions, the procedure and its execution; for routine inspection the basic requirements and the rules for grouping a batch; for type inspection the basic requirements, the sampling and batching rules, the testing of the samples, the sampling plan, how conformity is judged and what is done with the samples afterwards.

Annexes A, B and C are informative: sample size codes and sampling plans. It cites GB/T 2828.1, GB/T 2829, GB 4793.1, GB/T 6587, GB/T 17626, GB/T 19000 and JB/T 6214. It was issued on 12 July 2017 and has applied since 1 February 2018.

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for non-destructive testing equipment sampling, factory inspection and type inspection.

This standard applies to non-destructive testing equipment and complete sets of equipment and functional equipment accessories (hereinafter referred to as the instrument) and so on.

3 Terms and definitions

GB/T 2828.1, GB/T 2829, GB/T 19000 The terms and definitions defined apply to this document.

4 Sample

4.1 Sampling test conditions

Sampling tests shall be carried out under the following conditions.

a) Environmental conditions. according to the relevant provisions. If there is no provision, without any objection, can be carried out under the natural conditions of the room;

b) inspection, test equipment. inspection, test equipment should be able to meet the needs of inspection. The accuracy of all measuring equipment should be met Inspection requirements, and within the validity period of the measurement test certificate or calibration certificate;

c) When using computer software as a means of inspection, should be used before the test;

d) The test substance shall conform to the relevant provisions.

4.2 Procedures for sampling inspection

The inspection procedures stipulated in this standard are as follows.

a) specify the quality characteristics of the unit product;

b) the classification of nonconformities;

c) provide qualified quality;
