Scope
GB/T 33853-2017 is the English-translated version of 中文办公软件文档格式 网络应用要求.
GB/T 33853-2017 sets out what Chinese office software has to do when it handles, over a network, the office documents held in the standard text format that GB/T 20916 specifies.
It fixes the basic requirements for such a document and the restrictions on it, then the requirements for reading it, including the reading tool, the reading route and the contents to be read, the requirements for editing it, with the editing tool and the contents of editing, and the requirements for saving it.
It defines Chinese office software, formatting, the text table, the area, the bookmark, the chart and the field, an area whose content the document works out by itself.
It applies to the development and testing of Chinese office software in a network environment. It was issued on 31 May 2017 and has applied since 1 December 2017.

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements to be followed in the network environment to handle the office documents in the "standard text" format specified in GB/T 20916, As well as reading, editing and saving requirements.
This standard applies to the development and testing of Chinese office software in the network environment.
2 Normative reference documents

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Chinese office software
A complete set of computer applications and related documentation for Chinese office processing, including word processing, spreadsheets and presentations Contributions 3 applications.
3.2 Formatting
Provide the content of the document display settings, you can set the font, paragraph, bullet and style and so on.
3.3 Text table
Provide the operation entry of the table in the word processing document, you can set the properties of the table, add, delete, edit rows, columns and cells.
3.4 Area
A continuous piece of content in a document. In a word processing document, the area consists of a paragraph or sentence; in a spreadsheet document, Dry cell composition.
3.5 Bookmark
Identifies a location of a document for quick positioning.
3.6 Chart
For the visual display of data, in the worksheet graphically displayed data representation.
3.7 Field
The content area is automatically calculated in the document.
