3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 33172 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 The process of leveraging next-generation information technology and using data as a driving force to promote the optimization and innovative development of asset management business.
3.2 Measurement of the development stage and level of digitalization of organizational asset management (3.1).
4.Model Composition Based on the elements and relationships given in GB/T 46841, the asset management digital maturity model consists of strategic elements, business elements, and so on. It consists of five capability elements. basic elements, data elements, technical elements, and support elements, as well as 17 capability domains (as shown in Figure 1).
---Strategic elements. These include four capability domains. overall planning, management system, stakeholders, and performance evaluation;
---Business elements. including two capability domains. business implementation and business capabilities;
---Data elements. including four capability domains. data perception, data governance, data modeling, and data services;
---Technological elements. including two capability domains. application of digital technologies and innovation of technological achievements;
---Safeguard elements include five capability domains. equipment and facilities, standardized work, maintenance and management, human resources, and information security. Organizations can supplement or tailor their capability domains based on the characteristics of their own business activities.
