Scope

GB/T 33754-2017 is the English-translated version of 气田生产系统能耗测试和计算方法.

GB/T 33754-2017 gives the methods for testing and calculating the energy consumed by the main energy-using equipment, units and systems of a gas field production system.

After the test preparation, the requirements on test equipment and the general test requirements, it takes the items one at a time: heating furnaces, natural gas compressor units, air coolers, and then the gas production, gathering and transmission, purification and gas field water injection systems, ending with the test report.

Normative Annex A gives the calculation of the positive thermal efficiency of furnaces. Gathering, transmission and purification systems of shale gas and coalbed gas fields may be tested by reference to it.

It cites GB/T 3216, GB/T 11062, GB/T 13609, GB/T 13610, GB/T 17747.2, GB/T 33653 and SY/T 6381 among others. Issued on 12 May 2017, it has applied since 1 December 2017.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the main energy-consuming equipment, units and systems for production systems such as gas production, gathering and transportation, purification treatment, gas field water injection and other production systems. Energy consumption testing and calculation methods.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Gas collection system

The process of upgrading the fluid from the bottom of the gas well to the ground.

3.2 Natural gas gathering and transportation system

The production process system between the gas shaft and the throttle of the gas collecting tree to the inlet of the purification treatment device.

3.3 Natural gas purification system

Purification processing device inlet to the purification process between the natural gas production system.
