Scope
GB/T 33676-2017 is the English-translated version of 通信局(站)防雷装置检测技术规范.
GB/T 33676-2017 tells inspection bodies how to test the lightning protection installation of a telecommunication site or station. It fixes the test items, the testing procedure, the content and requirements of each test and what the report must contain.
The detection clauses cover the lightning protection classification, the air termination, the down conductor, the earthing device, equipotential bonding, shielding measures and integrated wiring, then surge protective devices in detail: basic requirements, the main parameters of SPDs in low-voltage distribution systems, the main parameters of signal SPDs and SPD testing.
Its informative Annex A gives the original record form. It applies to sites of information, broadcasting, power, water, meteorological, banking and special-function systems.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the communication station (station) lightning protection device testing items, testing procedures, testing content and requirements and testing reports.
This standard applies to the information system, radio and television systems, power systems, water systems, weather systems, banking systems, special functions, etc. Signal (station) lightning protection device detection.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document. For ease of use, the following is a list of GB/T 19663-2005, GB/T 21431-2015, GB 50057-2010 in some of the terms and definitions.
3.1 Communication station (station) telecommunication site (station)
All communication station type collectively, including integrated communications building, exchange, data center, module office, access site, LAN site, mobile Communication base stations, outdoor stations, border stations, wireless telephone stations, satellite earth stations, microwave stations and so on.
3.2 Electrical system
A system consisting of a low-voltage power supply assembly. Also known as low-voltage power distribution system or low-voltage distribution lines. [GB 50057-2010, definition 2.0.26]
3.3 Electronic system
A system consisting of sensitive electronic components. [GB 50057-2010, definition 2.0.27]
3.4 Lightning protection device
Used to reduce the flash hit in the building (structure) on the building or construction (structure) caused by material damage and personal injury, by the external lightning protection equipment And the internal lightning protection device. [GB 50057-2010, definition 2.0.5]
