Foreword

GB/T 33641 "Agriculture and forestry tractors and mechanical harnesses" is divided into the following parts.

- Part 1. Fixed device location requirements;

- Part 2. Fixed device strength requirements;

Part 3. Assembly requirements.

This part is part 3 of GB/T 33641.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This section uses the re-drafting method to modify ISO 3776-3..2009 "Agricultural tractors and mechanical harnesses Part 3. Assembly

Claim".

This section has technical differences compared to ISO 3776-3..2009, and the terms involved in these differences have passed through the margin

The technical differences between this section and ISO 3776-3..2009 are as follows.

--- on the normative reference documents, this standard has made a technical differences in the adjustment to meet China's technical documents, adjust the situation

The situation is reflected in Chapter 2, "Normative references", as follows.

Replace GB 3411 (see 4.1.3) with GB/T 8420-2011 equivalent to international standards;

Replace ISO 3776-1 (see 4.3.4.1) with GB/T 33641.1 with international standard modification;

Replace GB 3776-2 (see 4.3.4.2) with GB/T 33641.2 with international standard modification;

* Use GB/T 10125-2012 instead of ASTM B117 (see 4.3.2.1), GB/T 10125-2012

ISO 9227..2006, ISO 9227..2006 is equivalent to ASTM B117, GB/T 10125-2012 is common in our country

use;

* ASTM D756..1993 is deleted and the contents of the ASTM D756..1993 standard are written directly to this section (see

4.3.3), in order to facilitate the use of this part.

--- The name and scope of the "agricultural tractor" modified to "agriculture and forestry tractor."

This part also makes the following editorial changes.

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 33641 specifies the terms and definitions of the driver's seat belt assembly with hip constraints.

This part applies to agriculture and forestry tractors and self-propelled machinery.

3 terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1

Fixed device

Means for transmitting the force acting on the seat belt assembly to the tractor or mechanical member.

3.2

Slip amount creep

In the use of seat belts due to the movement of machines, seats and seat belts caused by the amount of accidental elongation.

3.3

Hard component

Restrict all metal parts or rigid plastic parts in the system.

3.3.1

Buckle and latch plate buckleandlatchplate

Quickly disengage the connector for fastening the seat belt assembly.

3.3.2

Connecthardware

All of the webbing portions of the seat belt assembly are fastened to the load means on the tractor or agricultural mechanical component or intermediate structural assembly,

Including but not limited to retractors, end attachments, bolts, studs, nuts or other connecting devices, but not permanently attached to the tow

A component on a machine or agricultural machine.

Note. If the seat belt is connected to the seat, the seat is not considered as a connector.
