GB/T 33632-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering erecting a packaged aero-derivative gas turbine on site — the preparation and the site conditions, offshore platforms included, the review of the concrete or steel foundation and its allowable deviation, the positioning, alignment, levelling and centring, the base supports and the fixing on a steel platform that itself moves, the piping, valves and auxiliary systems, the electrical work, and the acceptance. It replaces GB/T 33632-2017, with the enclosure standard GB/T 33627-2025. Under the China Machinery Industry Federation. In force from 1 January 2026. Issued on 30 June 2025, it has been in force since 1 January 2026, replacing GB/T 33632-2017.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 33632-2017 "General technical requirements for installation of complete sets of aviation-derived gas turbines" and GB/T 33632- Compared with 2017, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Added “Terms and Definitions” (see Chapter 3);

b) Added the installation site conditions for offshore platforms (see 5.2.6);

c) Added the allowable deviation value of steel structure foundation in "Review of Foundation" (see 6.1);

d) Change “anchor bolts, washers and secondary grouting” to “equipment installation and fixation” (see Chapter 7, Chapter 6 of the 2017 edition);

e) Added “base-supported equipment” and “equipment fixing on steel structure platforms” (see 7.1 and 7.5);

f) Change “auxiliary equipment installation” to “auxiliary system installation” (see Chapter 8, Chapter 7 of the 2017 edition);

g) "General Principles" has been deleted (see 7.1 of the 2017 edition);

h) Added "Pipeline Installation" and "Valve Installation" (see 8.1 and 8.2);

i) Added “Installation requirements for electrical systems for use in marine environments” in “Installation of electrical systems” (see 9.8).

1 Scope

This document specifies the installation requirements for aviation-derived gas turbine complete sets (hereinafter referred to as "complete sets").

3 Terms and Definitions
