Foreword

GB/T 33626 "Pneumatic oil mist" is divided into the following two parts.

- Part 1. Main features and product identification requirements to be included in business documents;

- Part 2. Test methods for assessing the main features contained in business documents.

This part is part 2 of GB/T 33626.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part uses the re-drafting method to modify the use of ISO 6301-2..2006 "Pneumatic transmission of compressed air mist" Part 2. Assessment

Business documents included in the main features of the test method ".

The technical differences between this section and ISO 6301-2..2006 and the reasons are as follows.

--- on the normative reference documents, this part has made a technical differences in the adjustment to meet China's technical conditions, adjust the situation

The situation is reflected in Chapter 2, "Normative references", as follows.

- Replace ISO 3 with equivalent GB/T 321 with international standard (see 5.2);

Replace GB 1219-1 (see Chapter 4) with GB/T 786.1 equivalent to the international standard;

Replace ISO 2944 with GB/T 2346 with international standard (see 5.2);

Replace GB 1000 (see Chapter 4) with GB/T 3100 with an international standard;

Replace GB 3448 (see 6.3) with GB/T 3141 with an international standard;

Replace GB 5598 (see Chapter 3) with GB/T 17446 equivalent to the international standard;

Replace GB 8778 (see Chapter 4) with GB/T 28783 equivalent to international standards;

Replace GB 6301-1..2009 (see Chapter 1) with GB/T 33626.1-2017 equivalent to international standards;

- Change "ISO 6358-1. 1989" to the latest version "ISO 6358..2013" (see 7.1).

--- deleted 6.9 of ISO 6301-2..2006. Because the design of the compression housing should comply with the pressure vessel regulations, do not need to be included

--- modify the contents of Chapter 7 Traffic Test (see 7.1, 7.2).

For ease of use, this section has made the following editorial changes.

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 33626 specifies the main features that should be included in the oil mist business document as required in GB/T 33626.1

This section applies to.

- help to properly select the appropriate oil mist in the compressed air system.

The specified test items are intended for comparison of different types of oil mist; rather than for production testing of the oil mist manufacturing process.

Pneumatic system should be used in line with GB 3100 units, namely.

--- table pressure. expressed in kilopia (kPa);

--- temperature. in degrees Celsius ( degrees C) said;

--- Air flow. expressed in cubic decibels per second [dm3/s (ANR)] (see GB/T 28783).

Figure 1 uses the graphical symbols in line with GB/T 786.1.
