Scope
GB/T 33474-2025 is the English-translated version of 物联网 参考体系结构.
GB/T 33474-2025 gives a reference architecture for Internet of Things systems. It first names the stakeholders and what each of them cares about, then describes the architecture through six paired perspectives and views: overall, business, functional, deployment, network and trustworthiness.
Informative annexes map the stakeholders onto those views, explain the basic concepts of IoT components, systems and environments, and work through a model for the common platform application subset, while the vocabulary comes from GB/T 33745-2025.
This edition folds the separate conceptual model and the system, communication and information architectures of the old version into the single perspective and view scheme.
It is meant for designing, building, running and maintaining IoT systems and for writing further IoT standards. It replaces GB/T 33474-2016, was issued on 30 June 2025 and applies from 1 January 2026.
