Scope

GB/T 33322-2016 is the English-translated version of 橡胶增塑剂 芳香基矿物油.

GB/T 33322-2016 fixes the marking, the technical requirements, the inspection rules and the packaging, marking, storage, transport and delivery acceptance of aromatic base mineral oil used as a rubber plasticizer.

Clause 1 states that the products covered are intended for oil filling of styrene-butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber and other rubbers, and as plasticizing and softening oil in tire processing, and it recommends that users run a selection test before use.

Clause 3 sets the marking scheme, in which a grade designation is built from the product type, the carbon type analysis and the kinematic viscosity at 100 degrees Celsius followed by the product name, with the letter A standing for aromatic base; for the A2530 grade the viscosity figure in the designation is a minimum rather than a centre value.

Clause 4 refers all technical requirements and test methods to Table 1, which covers the grades A0709, A1004, A1020, A1220, A1426, A1820 and A2530 and specifies density at 20 degrees Celsius, kinematic viscosity at 40 and 100 degrees Celsius, flash point, pour point, aniline point, colour, acid value, refractive index, viscosity gravity constant, sulfur content, mechanical impurities, moisture, fused aromatic hydrocarbon content, carbon type analysis and the sum of eight polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, each with its own test method standard.

Table 1 also carries footnotes allowing one indicator to be agreed between the parties, letting the sulfur method be chosen according to the actual sulfur content, and naming the arbitration method for carbon type analysis separately for hydrorefined and non-hydrorefined products.

Clause 5 divides testing into factory inspection, which covers the first fourteen items of Table 1, a six-monthly cycle inspection of the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon item, and type inspection of every item, required when the nature of the crude oil or the processing conditions change, after a restart following maintenance, or when factory results diverge markedly from the previous type test; the same clause sets batching by raw material and process conditions, sampling in accordance with GB/T 4756 with a sample volume of 2 L, and a re-examination on double samples before a batch is judged unacceptable.

Clause 6 refers packaging, marking, storage, transport and delivery acceptance to SH 0164.

The standard was proposed by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association and placed under the chemical auxiliaries subcommittee of the national rubber and rubber products technical committee (SAC/TC 35/SC 12), and its foreword warns that some of its content may involve patents. It was issued on 13 December 2016 and has applied since 1 July 2017.

Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the labeling, technical requirements, inspection rules and packaging, marking, storage, transportation and transportation of rubbery plasticizers for aromatic mineral oils. Acceptance of goods.

This standard applies to natural oil produced by the aromatic mineral oil-based rubber plasticizer.

The products of this standard are suitable for rubber-butadiene rubber (SBR), butadiene rubber (BR), isoprene rubber (IR) and other rubber Into the oil filling, as well as rubber tire processing plasticized, softened oil.

If the product of this standard belongs to the above range, it is recommended that the user first use the selective test before use.

3 Mark

3.1 The product (except A2530) is marked as. Product Type Carbon Type Analysis Minimum 100 ° C Movement Viscosity Center Value product name Example: A Indicating that the products belonging to this standard are aromatic mineral oil type rubber plasticizer. "A" is "Aromatic" English Aromatic Base the first letter of base.

Indicating that the carbon value of CA is not less than 7%.

09 rubber plasticizer aromatic mineral oil Indicates a center value of kinematic viscosity at 100 ° C of 9 mm2/s.

3.2 The product of this standard A2530 Marking. Product Type Carbon Type Analysis Minimum 100 °C Kinematic Viscosity Minimum Product Name Example: A Indicating that the products belonging to this standard are aromatic mineral oil type rubber plasticizer. "A" is "Aromatic" English Aromatic Base the first letter of base.

Indicating that the carbon value of CA is not less than 25%.

30 rubber plasticizer aromatic mineral oil Indicates that the minimum kinematic viscosity at 100 ° C is 30 mm2/s.

4 Technical requirements

Rubber plasticizer Aromatic mineral oil technical requirements and test methods should be consistent with the provisions of Table 1.

5 Inspection rules

5.1 Classification of tests

5.1.1 Factory inspection

5.1.1.1 Factory inspection items. (1) to (14) in Table 1 are factory inspection items.

5.1.1.2 Factory cycle inspection items. The sum of the eight polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in paragraph (15) of Table 1 and their sub-items are the factory cycle test project. The inspection period is 6 months.

5.1.2 Type inspection

The type inspection items are all the inspection items specified in Table 1. The type test is carried out in the following cases.

A) changes in the nature of crude oil, processing conditions change and maintenance after the start of the situation;

B) the factory inspection results and the previous type of test results are quite different.

5.2 Group Batch Rules

The standard products in the raw materials, the same process conditions, the production of a product for each batch of a can.

5.3 Sampling

The sampling of the products belonging to this standard shall be carried out according to GB/T 4756, and the sampling volume shall be 2L for inspection and retention.

5.4 Qualified judgment

When the test results of the products belonging to this standard are in accordance with the requirements of Table 1, it is determined that the products are qualified. If the test results of the batch There is an indicator does not meet the requirements of Table 1, according to the provisions of GB/T 4756 re-take double samples for re-examination, there is still a re-examination results Indicators do not meet the requirements of Table 1, then determine the batch of products failed.
