3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Wel-facilitated farmland

The fields are flat, concentrated and contiguous, with complete facilities, water-saving and efficient, agricultural electricity supporting, suitable for farming, fertile soil, eco-friendly and strong disaster resistance.

Arable land that can ensure stable and high yields regardless of drought or flood, and is compatible with modern agricultural production and management methods.
