Widely present in the sea cucumber saponin sugar chain, each of the sea cucumber saponin molecules and only contain a quinolone unit.
3.2 Seaweed saponins seacucumberglycosides
A triterpenoid saponin compound composed of a wool sterane derivative and an oligosaccharide, wherein the quinolose is a stable characteristic monosaccharide.
4 principle
The samples were extracted by ethanol and extracted with n-butanol to obtain sea cucumber saponins, hydrolyzed by trifluoroacetic acid, and the quinolones in the hydrolyzate were mixed with 1-phenyl-3-methyl
Yl-5-pyrazolone (PMP), the product was separated by C18 column, high performance liquid chromatography with UV detector, external standard
The content of ginseng saponins in the sample was indicated by quinolone.
