Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard uses the re-drafting method to modify ISO 7663.:2005 "halogenated isobutylene-isoprene rubber (BIIR and CIIR) Price method ".

The main technical differences between this standard and ISO 7663.:2005 are as follows.

--- on the normative reference documents, this standard has made a technical differences in the adjustment to meet the technical conditions of China, adjust the the volume is reflected in Chapter 2, "Normative references", as follows.

Replace GB 289-1 (see 4.1) with GB/T 1232.1 for non-equivalent international standards;

Replace GB 247..1990 (see 4.3) with GB/T 4498.1-2013 using the revised international standard;

Replace GB 2393..1994 with ISO/IEC 6038-2006 with international standard (see 5.2.1, 5.2.2.2 g) and 5.2.2.3 in f));

Replace GB 3417 (see 6.1) with GB/T 9869 equivalent to international standards;

Replace GB 6502 (see 6.2) with GB/T 16584 with international standard modifications;

Replace GB 248..2005 (see 4.2) with GB/T 24131-2009 with an international standard;

- Added reference to GB/T 3185-1992 (see Table 1);

- Added reference to GB/T 9103-2013 (see Table 1);

- ISO 8312 has been removed;

- ISO 9298 was removed.

- Increased the determination of the volatile content of the sticky roll rubber (see 4.2).

The details of the precision in Chapter 8 of the International Standard are given in the Appendix A of the information and increase the precision data for t'C (90) (See Appendix A).

- ISO/T R9272, which is normative in international standards, is replaced by equivalent GB/T 14838 and is used in the reference Given.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the physical and chemical test methods for halogenated isobutylene-isoprene rubber (BIIR and CIIR), which provides for the evaluation of kneading Rubber vulcanization characteristics and evaluation of vulcanized rubber tensile stress - strain properties of the standard materials used, standard test formulations, equipment and methods of operation.

This standard applies to halogenated isobutylene-isoprene rubber (BIIR and CIIR).
