Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces the GB/T 3229-2008 "Assembly for bolt and nut assembly manual and motorized screw head drive end and connecting parts

Dimensions and Torque Test. Compared with GB/T 3229-2008, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Added Figure 11 type I hex structure (see Figure 11);

--- Added Figure 12 J-type hexagonal structure (see Figure 12);

--- Increased the size of the Type I I-hex structure of Table 9 (see Table 9);

--- Added Table 10 J-type hexagonal structure size (see Table 10);

--- Chapter 4 adds Example 9 and Example 10 (see Chapter 4);

--- The original table 9 was changed to Table 11, and the I and J types were added to the structure type column in the table (see Table 9 of the.2008 edition).

This standard uses the redrafting method to modify the use of ISO 1173.2001 "bolt and nut assembly tools manual and motorized screw heads

Dynamic and connecting parts size and torque test.

This standard has some structural adjustments compared to ISO 1173.2001. This standard and ISO 1173.2001 are listed in Appendix A.

The chapter number is compared to the list.

There are technical differences between this standard and ISO 1173.2001, and the terms involved in these differences have been passed on the outer margins of the margins.

The vertical single line (|) is marked, and a list of the corresponding technical differences and their causes is given in Appendix B.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the fit size and torque test of manual and motorized screw heads and their sleeve drive ends as well as motorized screw drive guides.

This standard applies to the interchangeability of the screw head and its sleeve.

This standard only specifies the special structure of the dedicated drive end. Design details are determined by the user of this standard, such as a clamping device.
