1 Scope
This standard specifies the outbound travel agencies organize tours should have the product requirements and quality of service.

3 Terms and Definitions
GB/T 15971-2010, GB/T 16766 and GB/T 31385-2015 and established the following terms and definitions apply to this file.
3.1 Tour outboundtravelservice
Made outbound tourism travel agency business qualifications according to the law.
3.2 Outbound tourism

3.3 Tour Leaders outboundtourescort
