GB/T 31019-2026 is the English-translated version of 移动实验室人类工效学设计指南.

Foreword

GB/T 31019-2026 is a recommended national standard (GB/T) of the People's Republic of China, issued on 28 September 2026 by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Standardization Administration of China, with effect from 1 April 2027.

This edition replaces GB/T 31019-2014.

It is under the responsibility of the Standardization Administration of China.

1 Scope

This standard provides guidance on applying ergonomic principles to mobile laboratories, that is, laboratories housed in vehicles or transportable units where people must work, move and rest in confined spaces. It is written for designers, manufacturers, integrators and procuring organizations that want the working environment of such a laboratory to suit the people who use it. The 2026 edition was issued on 28 September 2026, takes effect on 1 April 2027, and replaces GB/T 31019-2014. Because it is a recommended national standard, it offers guidance for use by agreement or by internal policy and is not a mandatory legal requirement.
