3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Transparent conductive oxide film glass

TCO glass TCOglass

Glass coated with a transparent conductive oxide film.

3.2 Pinhole

Viewed from the direction of the film surface coated glass, since glass is not attached to the film or thin film caused a transparent point-like defects.

3.3 Spot

Viewed from the direction of the film surface is coated glass, as compared with the film as a whole, inconsistent color dot defects.

3.4 Solar transmittance PVtransmittance

In response interval of photovoltaic cells 300nm ~ 1100nm band of sunlight directly transmittance.

4 Materials
