4 Principle of the method

4.1 AMA is a screening test, its purpose is to empirically identify possible substances interfere with the normal function of the HPT axis. In HPT axis Paul Keep within the scope of the structure and function, AMA represents a generalized vertebrate model approach. This is an important trial because two Amphibians metamorphosis is a study of more mature, thyroid-dependent process that HPT axis of the active substance within the responsive and this is currently the only active thyroid test animals detect morphological development.
