Report requirements.
This standard applies to petrolatum corrosion at ambient temperature with 45 °C ~ 65 °C construction detection adaptability.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1 Petrolatum corrosion with petrolatumtape
Non-woven fabric as a carrier, the compound containing rust inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, thickeners, lubricants, mineral fillers, etc. specially prepared fat immersed
Strip corrosion material.
2.2 Temperature fluidity
Petrolatum tape corrosion at ambient temperature for 45 °C ~ 65 °C conditioning 24h, the release properties of the composite corrosion petrolatum band.
3 Reagents and materials
3.1 acetone or ethanol
AR.
3.2 Pipe
diameter 50mm, length 300mm.
4 Instrument
Ovens. range is -20 °C ~ 120 °C, temperature deviation <= ± 2 °C.
5 Sampling
Take a size of 500mm × 50mm petrolatum corrosion tape as a sample.
Step 6 6.1 adjust oven temperature to keep it at (60 ± 2) °C or other agreed temperature.
6.2
with gauze dipped in acetone or ethanol to clean steel, remove surface debris, dry surface.
6.3
in the middle of the steel pipe wrapped with two laps sample petrolatum corrosion, remove excess sample, the surface smooth.
6.4
will be wrapped around the pipe is placed on the sample holder, and place a tray below it (Figure 1).
6.5
The entire apparatus placed above regulate the temperature of the thermostatic oven, to maintain the level, 24h after the observation of the presence or absence of complex drip tray.
6.6
while doing three parallel sample detection.
