Scope

GB/T 30580-2022 is the English-translated version of 电站锅炉主要承压部件寿命评估技术导则.

GB/T 30580-2022 is the Chinese technical guide for assessing the remaining life of the main pressure parts of a power plant boiler.

It states what the assessment has to cover, sets out the procedure it follows, describes the methods used - the examination of the component, the measurement of its condition, the analysis of creep, fatigue and material degradation - and fixes the content of the assessment report.

It applies to the pressure parts of boilers in service in power plants, and not to parts whose defects are already beyond the limits. Power companies, inspection institutes and the engineers who decide whether a component can run another period use it.

It replaces GB/T 30580-2014, was issued on 9 March 2022 and has applied since 1 October 2022.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document replaces GB/T 30580-2014 "Technical Guidelines for Life Evaluation of Main Pressure-bearing Components of Power Station Boilers", and GB/T 30580- Compared with.2014, except for structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Changed the normative references and replaced GB/T 9222 with GB/T 16507.4 (see Chapter 2, 5.3.4.1, 6.4, 8.2.3, 8.4.1.2, Chapter 2, 5.3.4.1, 6.6, 8.2.3, 8.4.1.2 of the.2014 edition);

--- Deleted the content of replacing general parts for life assessment (see 6.4 of the.2014 edition);

LM curve and parameters of austenitic heat-resistant steel (see 8.1.2.7, 8.1.2.8, 8.1.2.9);

---Added the LM curve and parameters of 07Cr18Ni11Nb/10Cr9Mo1VNbN (TP347H/T 91) dissimilar steel welded joints (see 8.1.2.10);

--- Added the C-projection method for predicting creep life based on creep expansion (see 8.1.4).

1 Scope

This document specifies the contents of the life assessment of the main pressure-bearing components of the utility boiler, establishes the life assessment procedures, and describes the life assessment procedures. method, which specifies the content of the life assessment report.

This document is applicable to the life assessment of pressure-bearing components of boilers in use in power plants. This document does not apply to the pressure-bearing part of the boiler of the power station with excessive defects life assessment of parts.

2 Normative references

The contents of the following documents constitute essential provisions of this document through normative references in the text. Among them, dated citations documents, only the version corresponding to that date applies to this document; for undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Fatigue

Under the action of cyclic stress or strain, a material or component gradually produces local cumulative damage at a certain point or points, and after a certain number of cycles The phenomenon in which cracks are formed or continue to expand until complete fracture.

3.2 Low-cycle fatigue

Under the action of local cyclic plastic strain, the number of cycles is generally less than 105 cycles of fatigue.

3.3 Creep

At a certain temperature, the phenomenon of slow plastic deformation of metal materials or mechanical parts under constant stress for a long time.

3.4 Durablestrength

The maximum bearing stress at which a material remains without failure under specified creep rupture conditions (certain temperature and specified time).

3.5 Corrosion

A chemical or electrochemical reaction between a material and its environment.
