GB/T 29608-2013 is the English-translated version of 橡胶制品 邻苯二甲酸酯类的测定.
GB/T 29608-2013 is the Chinese national method for measuring phthalate plasticisers in rubber products by gas chromatography with mass spectrometry.
It covers six substances - DBP, BBP, DEHP, DNOP, DINP and DIDP - whose names, CAS numbers and formulas are listed in an annex, and it gives the principle, the reagents and apparatus, the preparation and extraction of the sample, the chromatographic and spectrometric conditions, the qualitative and quantitative determination, and the calculation with its precision.
Rubber makers, toy and consumer goods manufacturers and testing laboratories use it to prove compliance with the limits on phthalates. Issued on 19 July 2013, it has applied since 1 December 2013.

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
The standard proposed by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association.
This standard by the national Common test methods for rubber and rubber goods Technical Committee of Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC35/SC2) Centralized.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the use of gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC-MS) Determination of rubber products DBP, BBP, DEHP, DNOP, DINP, DIDP total of six kinds of phthalate plasticizers content approach. Six kinds of phthalate plasticizers in English, chemistry CAS number and formula, etc. See Appendix A.
This standard applies to rubber products in the Six phthalate plasticizers in content.

4 Reagents and materials
4.1 Unless otherwise stated in the analysis using only recognized as analytical reagents.
4.2 Dichloromethane.
4.3 N-hexane
4.4 phthalate standards. purity of not less than 95%, see Appendix A.
4.5 standard stock solution. accurately weigh the right amount of each phthalate standards, with n-hexane formulated as DBP, BBP, DEHP, DNOP concentration of 200mg/L, DINP, DIDP concentration of 1000mg/L of mixed standard stock solution. Standard stock solution should be in 0 °C ~ 4 °C refrigerator to save, use within 6 months after preparation.
4.6 standard solution. using serial dilution method for the preparation of DBP, BBP, DEHP, DNOP concentration from 0.5mg/L to 10mg/L, DINP, DIDP concentration from 2.5mg/L to which one or several stages mixed standard working solution 50mg/L between. Standard working solution should At 0 °C ~ 4 °C refrigerator to save, use within 3 months after preparation.
4.7 SPE column (SPE). Syringe, silica gel (silica) filler 500mg, or equivalent person.
Recommended use. VARIANBONDELUTJR-SI, 500mg (for reference only).
4.8 organic microporous membrane. pore size of 0.45µm.
