Scope

GB/T 29493.9-2023 is the English-translated version of 纺织染整助剂中有害物质的测定 第9部分:丙烯酰胺类物质的测定.

GB/T 29493.9-2023 is Part 9 of the Chinese national series on harmful substances in textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries, and it gives a liquid chromatographic method for acrylamide substances.

Three analytes are covered against standard materials: acrylamide, N-hydroxymethylacrylamide and methacrylamide.

The sample is extracted, filtered and purified, measured on a liquid chromatograph fitted with a diode array detector and quantified by the external standard method; clause 5 lists the reagents, among them n-hexane, chromatography-grade methanol and acetonitrile, a 1000 µg/mL standard stock solution kept in the dark at 4 °C to 8 °C and a 10 µg/mL intermediate solution.

Its foreword records that the number of target analytes rose from one to three and that recovery was added at 9.2. It replaces GB/T 29493.9-2014, was issued on 7 September 2023 and has applied since 1 April 2024.

Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document is Part 9 of GB/T 29493 "Determination of Hazardous Substances in Textile Dyeing and Finishing Auxiliaries". GB/T 29493 has been published in Lower part.

---Part 1: Determination of prohibited and restricted flame retardants;

---Part 2: Determination of perfluorinated compounds (PFCs);

---Part 3: Determination of organotin compounds;

---Part 4: Determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs);

---Part 5: Determination of free formaldehyde content in emulsion polymers;

---Part 6: Determination of isocyanate group content in polyurethane prepolymer;

---Part 7: Determination of diisocyanate monomers in polyurethane coating finishing agents;

---Part 8: Determination of residual monomers in polyacrylate products;

---Part 9: Determination of acrylamide substances.

This document replaces GB/T 29493.9-2014 "Determination of Hazardous Substances in Textile Dyeing and Finishing Auxiliaries - Part 9: Determination of Acrylamide "Standard", compared with GB/T 29493.9-2014, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

---The scope has been changed, and the number of measured targets has been increased from 1 to 3 (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2014 edition);

---Deleted the content of the standard working curve (see 6.4.2 of the 2014 version);

---The analysis steps have been changed, subdivided into "qualitative analysis" and "quantitative analysis" (see 7.2.2, 7.2.3, 6.4.3 of the 2014 version);

---Increased "recovery rate" (see 9.2).

Introduction

The ecological safety of textile products is an important requirement for global textile and apparel trade. Textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries as special chemicals for textiles products, strengthening the detection and control of harmful substances from the source will help reduce the risk of harmful substances in downstream textile products and protect personal health. Safety.

Currently, there are many requirements for the control of harmful substances on the consumer side of the textile industry. GB/T 29493 aims to formulate the main requirements for the textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries industry.

Standards for detection methods of hazardous substances. GB/T 29493 is planned to be composed of 9 parts, each of which targets different hazardous substances.

---Part 1: Determination of prohibited and restricted flame retardants.

---Part 2: Determination of perfluorinated compounds (PFCs).

---Part 3: Determination of organotin compounds.

---Part 4: Determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs).

---Part 5: Determination of free formaldehyde content in emulsion polymers.

---Part 6: Determination of isocyanate group content in polyurethane prepolymer.

---Part 7: Determination of diisocyanate monomers in polyurethane coating finishing agents.

---Part 8: Determination of residual monomers in polyacrylate products.

---Part 9: Determination of acrylamide substances.

In recent years, the types of acrylamide substances of concern upstream and downstream of the industrial chain have gradually increased. This document combines industry focus and detection technology The revision is based on the progress of the standard, which improves the scientific nature and applicability of the standard, realizes the source detection and control of acrylamide substances, and is conducive to promoting Reduce and replace industrial hazardous substances.

Determination of harmful substances in textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries Part 9: Determination of acrylamide substances Warning---Personnel using this document should have practical experience in regular laboratory work. This document does not address all possible security issues question. Users are responsible for taking appropriate safety and health measures and ensuring compliance with the conditions stipulated in relevant national regulations.

1 Scope
