Aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The terminology and definition of “traffic flow” have been changed (see 3.1, 2012 edition 3.1);
b) The term and definition of "sampling period" have been removed (see 3.2 in the 2012 edition);
c) The term and definition of "error rate" have been removed (see 3.3 in the 2012 edition);
d) The term and definition of “delay” have been removed (see 3.4 in the 2012 edition);
e) The term and definition of "latency rate" have been removed (see 3.5 in the 2012 edition);
f) The term and definition of "traffic flow" have been removed (see 3.6 in the 2012 edition);
