Scope
GB/T 29093-2012 is the English-translated version of 地下杆式抽油泵用无缝铜合金管.
GB/T 29093-2012 covers seamless copper alloy tube for the barrel of a subsurface sucker rod pump, and clause 1 states that it specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transport and storage of the tube together with the content of the quality certificate and of the contract or order.
The same clause limits application to seamless copper alloy tube for land-based oil extraction sucker rod pumps.
The foreword states that the requirements were developed for pump barrels in the land oil extraction machinery industry, that the material corresponds to C44300 of ASTM B135-2010, and that ASTM B135-2010 was used as the reference for the main mechanical properties and dimensional tolerances of the tube, with provisions added for eddy current flaw detection.
Clause 3 opens the requirements with the product classification: 3.1.1 fixes grade, temper and size in Table 1, which gives grade HSn72-1 with code C44300 in temper HO4, with an outside diameter of 20 mm to 180 mm, an inside diameter of 16 mm to 150 mm, a wall thickness of 2.0 mm to 15.5 mm and a length of 1500 mm to 15000 mm, and notes that other grades or sizes may be supplied by agreement; 3.1.2 fixes the order of the product designation, which is product name, standard number, grade, temper and size, and gives a worked example for a hard-temper C44300 tube of 108 mm outside diameter, 6.35 mm wall thickness and 6096 mm length.

Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard is based on the land-based oil extraction machinery industry underground rod pump cylinder developed seamless copper alloy tube of claim, comprising Material equivalent to ASTMB135-2010 "seamless brass" standard material C44300.
This standard adopts ASTMB135-2010 reference standard, the pipe major of mechanical properties and dimensional tolerances were specified; to Eddy current flaw detection test also made corresponding provisions.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the underground rod pump seamless copper alloy tube requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage Storage, quality certificates and contracts (or orders) content.
This standard applies to land-based oil exploration rod pump seamless copper alloy tubes.
