1 Scope
This section provides the basic terms of household and similar electrical appliances.
This section applies to the preparation and technology of household and similar electrical appliances related to the revision of standards and other technical documents related to the exchange activity.

3 General terms
3.1
The appliance by the manufacturer to a predetermined voltage.
3.2
By the manufacturer to implement a predetermined voltage range, with its upper and lower limits to represent.

That part of the appliance at rated voltage under normal operating conditions and run-time, to consider to withstand the highest voltage.
Note 1. consider the impact of different locations controllers and switching devices.
Note 2. Working voltage takes into account resonant voltages.
Note 3. In determining the operating voltage, can ignore the impact of transient voltages.

By the manufacturer of the appliance specified input power.
